Jars

Our hydraulic/mechanical drilling jar (HMJ) is a double-acting system that combines hydraulic delay when jarring up with mechanical release when jarring down. A built-in safety mechanism locks the tool in the neutral position, preventing unexpected jarring while tripping or moving.

Standard seals operate up to 250 °F (120 °C), with HT configurations available for temperatures up to 400 °F (200 °C) and 450 °F (230 °C) in extreme environments. Tungsten carbide-coated sealing surfaces provide enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

Shock Tools

Designed to mitigate drilling vibration and impact loading, our shock tools protect the bit and drillstring, reduce fatigue-related failures and help extend equipment life. By isolating axial bit vibration and reducing lateral and torsional vibration, they enable optimal bit performance in demanding drilling conditions and support higher rates of penetration (ROP).

Stabilizers

Our stabilizers provide effective centralization and trajectory control in directional drilling. Positioned within the drillstring according to operational requirements, they help build, drop or hold well inclination while maintaining drilling stability.
