Well Abandonment & Slot Recovery

Recover Infrastructure
Optimize Abandonment
Extend Field Potential

We provide engineered solutions for well abandonment, pipe cutting and slot recovery across offshore and onshore operations. Our approach combines specialized cutting technologies and well engineering to maximize the use of existing infrastructure while reducing operational complexity and costs.

Conductor Recovery

We enable abandoned slots to be reused for new drilling opportunities by cutting and recovering existing tubulars, sidetracking with a conductor whipstock and installing a new conductor in the same slot.

With implementation averaging 15 days before drilling begins, this approach reduces the need for platform extensions and new infrastructure while enabling access to new production targets.

Pipe Cutting for Offshore & Onshore Abandonment

  • 40+

    More than 40 operations performed

With more than 40 operations performed, our team provides internal and external pipe cutting solutions for offshore platforms and onshore fields.

Our capabilities include surface cold cutting of cemented tubulars, allowing complete sections to be recovered without thermal impact on the well structure. Each intervention is engineered according to well conditions, tubular configuration and abandonment requirements.

Rigless Abandonment

Our rigless wellhead cutting solutions use high-precision saw guillotines for permanent well abandonment, eliminating the need for a drilling rig during cutting operations.

Designed for different tubular configurations and operating conditions, the system enables precise cold cutting without thermal effects and can reduce operational and logistical requirements compared with conventional rig-based methods. Solutions are available for both offshore and onshore applications.

Integrated solutions throughout the well lifecycle.
